Adds SCS ETRC auto racing to AI traffic.
Each ETRC trailer has a relatively low spawn rate, however since there are 10 of them they should still be relatively common on the roads.
The mod is stand-alone and does not replace stock paint jobs.
Must be compatible with all other mods.
