Adds license plates for cars from mods.

The package includes such numbers as: AM, AZ, BY, EST, GE, KG, KZ, LT, LV, MD, PL, RUS, UA, UZ A, B, BG, CZ, D, DK, E, F, FIN, GB, GR, H, HR, I, IL, L, MNE, NL, P, RO, S, SK, SLO, SRB, TR.

In total, the package contains 39 license plates. All license plates are taken from real trucks.

Added support for Iveco Hi-Way by Schumi and Volvo FM by galimim.
