Black Sclera.

This simple texture modification turns the sclera black. The sclera is the white part of the eyes. This mod replaces the base texture for ALL human eyes, turning the sclera black for a demonic effect.

If your character typically has green eyes, they will still appear green, but the sclera (white) will be black.
