This is a 5-story building from the Bimbovka construction era. Made from slabs, which allowed these buildings to be constructed quickly and almost anywhere. It features an entrance, a small yard, and a parking lot. Some apartments have balconies and their own interiors, and there is access to the roof. The building is highly destructible and suitable for various purposes, such as RP or video shooting.
