Launch PES 2013 BAL Editor v1.4, select file open BAL and choose the save Bal**.bin

click Edit -> Set max stats and positions

then File Save BAL

Version 1.3 features:

– Fixed compatibility issue with x64.

Version 1.4 features:

– Added the “Max Skills” feature (which can be changed later) and position adjustments on the field.

Редактор / BAL Editor [1.4]

Запускаем PES 2013 BAL Editor v1.4 выбираем file open BAL и выбираем сейв Bal**.bin

жмем Edit -> Set max stats and positions

потом File Save BAL

Особенности версии 1.3:

– Исправлена ошибка с совместимостью с x64.

Особенности версии 1.4:

– Добавлена функция “Максимальные скиллы” (можно потом менять) и изменения позиции на поле.
