New version of the editor program for Master League and Become a Legend 1.2 for PES 2016 on PC. It allows you to increase the team's budget in ML or modify player stats in SL mode.
How to use:
(Master League)
Open the file "ML00000000" using this program;
Make your changes and click the "Save" button;
Done!

Open the file "BL00000000" using this program;
Make your changes and click the "Save" button;
