Play as Joel
This mod allows you to play as Joel in Part II.
Some parts/mechanics of the game as Ellie can't be played through as Joel, and therefore you'll need to switch to any Ellie skin to progress. Some parts can cause crashes, to fix this you need to restart the game, switch to Ellie, and wait until gameplay starts to switch to Joel.
You also need to unlock the "Skins" tab in extras. This can be done by finishing the game's story or unlocking extras through a debug menu. However, the No Return models do not work fully. All gameplay features work, and the only issues with them are related to models, for example, the disappearance of melee weapons from the bag when opening the backpack.
This mod contains, as stated in No Return:
- Pack 1 contains: Jackson (Aquarium) & Winter (Santa Barbara);
- Pack 2 contains: Boston (Aquarium) & Salt Lake City (Santa Barbara);
- Pack 3 contains: Casual (Aquarium) & Patrol (Santa Barbara);
- No Return contains: all No Return Joel skins redone (does not include story mode due to crashes).
