This mod allows characters to purchase SimLotto lottery tickets on any of the computers included in the game. The payout rate is higher than a regular lottery, but the odds are balanced: normal chance, small chance and big chance.

Full instructions:

Tickets can be purchased by any character, starting as a teenager, and cost 50 Simoleons per purchase.

Tickets will not be purchased offline.

Sims will get a good vibe when purchasing tickets.

Purchasing a ticket takes a few minutes. If you cancel the ticket purchase action before the dialog box appears, the amount spent on the ticket will be refunded.

As soon as the dialog box appears, the ticket will be purchased. Canceling at this point will not refund any money.

If an incorrect selection is made, a dialog box will ask you to re-enter your selections.

You can enter 0 to have the computer automatically select a random selection of numbers.

Next, click on the OK button and the process will start.

The highest payout is a prize worth 9,999,999 Simoleons.
