Instructions:

Launch Total War: Warhammer III.
Open Cheat Engine and load the downloaded table file.
Click the monitor icon and attach Cheat Engine to the running Warhammer3.exe process.
Enable the master script and check your desired options under the TBS header during campaign turns or RTS during battles.
