Extract the downloaded archive to any location. Do not separate files from the archive!

Enter the specified numbers to change attributes.

When you have configured the save, select Generate.

Replace the file at D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Vampire Survivors\resources\app\.webpack\renderer with the generated one (main.bundle.js). It is recommended to back up your file before replacement to be able to revert everything.
