Gothic Remake Devs Show Shadowbeast, Nameless Hero and Exploration of Valley of Mines

Alkimia Interactive developers have released a short teaser for a documentary about the creation of Gothic 1 Remake. The video compares the original with the reimagining and shows new footage from the game.

The first episode of Making Of will be released on February 7, showing the "kitchen" of the remake's development. Several new excerpts from the gameplay have been prepared for the teaser. The trailer shows the Swamp, Old and New Camps, Nameless Hero, several battles, exploration of the Valley of Mines with swimming and rock climbing, as well as the fauna familiar from the first Gothic — the shadowbeast, the lizard and the scavenger.

Recall that the release of Gothic 1 Remake is scheduled for the end of spring this year. The game will be released on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.

Earlier, Alkimia Interactive shared a whole series of GIF animations with the Valley of Mines locations and updated the description of the remake on Steam.
