DLCs for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 will reveal the Zone from a new side, the developers promise

GSC Game World studio gave a short interview to VideoGamer, touching on the topic of future story DLCs for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl. The developers intend to refresh the perception of the Zone, showing it from a new side.

So far, the additions are in development along with improving the game with patches and updates. The release was confirmed by the studio back in August last year — then it was announced that the game would receive two “huge” DLCs. In a fresh conversation with journalists, GSC Game World promised a completely new gaming experience in the Zone:

To keep this from sounding too vague — though it’s absolutely sincere — we want to reassure everyone that with the story expansions, we’re really eager to surprise players and show this world from fresh perspectives. We can’t wait to share more, but everything in its own time.

It is unknown when the DLCs for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 will be released. It is expected that in the future the shooter will receive multiplayer and mod support.

Earlier, the developers told when the next patch for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 will be released. Its contents have not yet been revealed.
