Trailer Reveals Release Date for 90s Platformer Remaster Featuring Adorable Crocodile, Croc: Legend of the Gobbos
Argonaut Games has announced the exact release date for the remaster of Croc: Legend of the Gobbos. Alongside this, the developers have released a new trailer showcasing the gameplay.
Croc: Legend of the Gobbos is set to release on April 2nd this year for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. A page for the game is available on GOG.
The project is a 3D platformer set on a group of islands inhabited by creatures known as Gobbos. A little crocodile joins them and must help his friends fend off an attack from the villain Baron Dante.
The original version of Croc: Legend of the Gobbos was released in 1997 on PlayStation, Sega Saturn, and PC. The remaster features updated HD graphics, modern control mechanics with an improved camera, and retro video modes.
