Gameplay Trailer for FBC: Firebreak, a New Shooter from Remedy Entertainment Set in the Control Universe, Unveiled

During the Future Games Show presentation, developers from Remedy Entertainment revealed a fresh gameplay trailer for FBC: Firebreak, a first-person cooperative shooter that serves as a spin-off of Control.
In FBC: Firebreak, gamers can expect PvE content and cooperative play supporting up to three players. Players become members of the Firebreak team—a special unit of the Federal Bureau of Control (FBC) that battles paranormal threats within the headquarters building known as the Oldest House.
Each player selects weapons and customizes their Crisis Kit with tools, grenades, and paranormal enhancements. Meanwhile, the Oldest House is constantly changing, creating unpredictable locations and threats.
Players can create various builds and adjust them to suit their playstyle, maximizing their efficiency against anomalies and enemies.
The release of FBC: Firebreak is planned for summer 2025 on PC (Steam and EGS), PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. The game will be available on Game Pass.
