Each of them will help you navigate the game world and find the loot you're interested in. Next, we will look at a few notable areas of the game.
Vernworth
Vernworth, the capital of Vermund, is located south of the city of Melve. You can easily reach Vernworth by completing the main quest Following the Dragon and riding on an ox-drawn wagon, parked near the Riftstone of Robustness about halfway to the city.
If you want to walk to Vernworth, follow the main road indicated below. Take everything you need to restore health with you.
The city has many buildings where you can rest, upgrade your armor and weapons, or take on quests. You can also acquire advanced professions in the city by completing the quests Disappointment in Calling or Festival of Deception.
Sacred Arbor
Sacred Arbor is an elf village located to the northwest of Vernworth. No ox-drawn wagons go to Sacred Arbor, so you will have to make the entire journey on foot.
To reach the location, exit the western gates of Vernworth and follow the main trail northwest. The journey will be dangerous: there is a high probability of encountering very strong opponents, so rest in an inn before you leave and take a travel kit with you.
In the location, you can learn the «Sky Shot» skill, place your return crystal for fast travel, or teach one of your pawns to understand elvish script.
Bakbattal
Bakbattal is a beast town located south of Rest Town. To get here, follow the main quests until you unlock the quest Nation of the Blazing Flame. Find a way to bypass the gates at the Rest Town checkpoint, then continue south on the main road until you reach Bakbattal.
Traveling to the city by wagon is only available after completing the «Mercy Among Thieves» quest, and the first journey here will have to be made on foot. Also, the city does not have a fast travel point, so you will have to set up a return crystal yourself. In the city, you can find Maurice to solve the Sphinx's Vanity riddle and gather materials for creating quinces in the «Myopic Ambitions» quest.
