All Endings of Elden Ring: Good, Bad and Secret

In every From Software game, starting with Demon's Souls, there have been multiple endings. The first Dark Souls had two different outcomes, Bloodborne had three, and Sekiro had four. Elden Ring has surpassed all previous studio projects in this regard. The game has a total of six endings. Moreover, to achieve some of them, you need to perform a series of non-obvious actions and complete several side quests. We will discuss these conditions in this guide.

Note: most of the quests need to be completed before the battle with the Beast Clergyman in the Shattered Farum Azula. After defeating him, many characters will die, and some buildings will become inaccessible.

This is the standard ending that you will receive if you simply stick to the main storyline. You will need to kill the Beast of Erlen (final boss), then touch the statue of Marika and choose the option Mend the Elden Ring.

For this ending, you need to complete Fia's quest and defeat the dragon Fortisax. After defeating the Beast of Erlen, select the line Use the Death Prince's Healing Rune.

To get this ending, you need to complete Brother Corhyn's quest. When you defeat the beast of Erlen, choose the option Use the Whole Rune of the Greater Will.

Brother Corhyn's Quest

Talk to Corhyn at the Roundtable Hold as soon as he appears there. Then, after defeating each story boss, return to him and start a dialogue until the scribe says he will leave the Hold. Once that happens, head to the Altus Plateau to the point indicated on the map below.

Talk to Corhyn. You need to choose the line About the Golden Mask, the noble hero. Then move to the location where the Golden Mask is. It is marked on the map. You can get to the required point using a teleport.

Converse with this person, then return to Corhyn. In the conversation with him, select the line Tell where the Golden Mask is now. After that, return to the mask and talk to Corhyn again.

Then move to the next point.

The easiest way to get there is from the grace point named Western Capital Rampart. Talk to the character again. Then, head to the location indicated on the map.

From the grace point, climb up the roots and go around the building to the right. Climb in through the window and use the branch to climb higher. Follow our screenshots for guidance. In the center of the room hangs a chair, on which sits a person. You need to take from him The Fundamentals of the Golden Order.

Give the book to Corhyn. He is in the same place as before. Select the option Give the prayerbook, and then Give the Fundamentals of the Golden Order. Without leaving Corhyn, open the Purchase Incantations menu. Select The Law of Regression. It costs 10,000 runes.

After that, head to the next point.

At the required location, you will see the message Only backward motion reveals secrets. This is where you need to use the incantation The Law of Regression. Return to Corhyn and talk to him. The next meeting with these characters will occur at the Giants' Mountaintops location.

Keep in mind that the required point is up top, not down below. To reach the bridge where the Golden Mask stands, you can use the air current. Talk to Corhyn.

After defeating the Beast Clergyman, the capital will be covered in ash. You need to reach the indicated point and take the Whole Rune of the Greater Will from the body of the Golden Mask.

You need to complete the Dung Eater's quest. After defeating the Beast of Erlen, select the option Use the Rune of the Baleful Curse.

The Dung Eater's Quest

After your first visit to the capital, Leyndell, go to the Roundtable Hold. In the room next to the twin old ladies who sell snapdragons and smithing stones, a grotesque red character will appear. This is the Dung Eater. Talk to him.

You need to find 5 Seedbed Curses. We have indicated their locations on the maps and screenshots. The nearest grace points are marked with a circle.

When you're done, return to the Dung Eater and talk to him. He will give you the key to the prison. Move to the Site of Grace Balcony overlooking the boulevard, carefully descend down and enter the sewer. There, move forward until the end, then turn right and use the key. Talk to the Dung Eater.

Return to the Roundtable Hold. At the place where the red character was before, a message will appear. Read it and move to the next point.

There you will face a fight with the Dung Eater. Defeat him and return to the Roundtable Hold. Talk to him again. After that, return to the sewer prison. During the conversation with the Dung Eater, choose the option Apply the Seedbed Curse. After that, you will receive the Whole Rune of the Baleful Curse. If you return to him later, you will be able to take his armor.

To achieve this ending, you need to fully complete all of Ranni's tasks. After you defeat the Elden Beast, summon the witch using the sign.

To start Ranni's storyline, head to the city of Nokron, open the chest in Sacred Land of Night, take the dagger and return it to the witch. In exchange, you will receive a statuette, which can be used in the Reading Room. This will allow you to flip the room.

Climb the stairs to the floor above, move a bit forward, and jump to the other side. Through the flipped window, move forward. Run along the left ledge to the end, then descend down. Cross over to the other side through the semi-circular arch and jump onto the chandelier. Descend to the beams, and then onto the wooden platform, which is an elevator. Press the button.

Once you descend, go through the doors and open the gates. Activate the Site of Grace and run forward. Take the elevator up and move right up the stairs. Take the talisman and the curse mark.

You need to reach Ranni's tower. We have indicated its location on the map.

At its top, there is a teleport you need. Use it. When you find yourself underground, search the nearby sarcophagi. You need to find a doll called Little Ranni. Head to the nearest Site of Grace and choose the option Talk to the doll. Repeat this action several times until she responds to you.

Run forward, past the ruins of the Ul palace, until you reach the Eternal City of Nokstella. Climb the stairs up, then move right. Cross the bridge and climb the staircase on the left. Enter the building and exit through the door on the left. Climb the stairs and enter the room. On the left, there is an exit that will lead you to the elevator. Activate it.

Now run into the building on the right. Carefully descend down the slope and enter. There is an elevator inside. Get on it. Move forward through the narrow cave. Here you will face a battle with the ghost of Blaidd, whom you must defeat. As a reward, you will receive a key. Go through the arch, descend on the elevator, and activate the Site of Grace.

Head to the Grand Library of Raya Lucaria.

First, you must defeat Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon, after which she will become a peaceful character. Open the chest behind her and take the full moon ring.

Return to the Site of Grace Shore of the Rotting Lake, which you unlocked after defeating the ghost of Blaidd. You need to cross to the other side of the body of water. Use the arch with two statues as a guide. Use the monuments to create safe walkways where the red rot does not accumulate. By rolling, you will move across the lake faster. Activate the Site of Grace on the other shore.

Carefully descend down and turn left. You will need to lie down in a coffin that is on the very edge of the waterfall.

Defeat Astel, Born of the Abyss, then proceed forward to the elevator. Once you're on the surface, move towards the semi-ruined temple.

Killing the dragon is not necessary. Activate the Site of Grace. To the right of it, there is a descent that you need. Talk to Ranni and give her the Darkmoon Ring.

Head to the sewers of the capital, Leyndell. You need to go down to the very bottom and activate the Site of Grace named Forsaken Depths.

Proceed forward up the stairs. You will face a boss fight with Mogh, the Omen. Defeat him. After defeating him, activate the Site of Grace, approach the wall behind the treasure chest, and strike it with your sword. This way, you will open a secret passage.

Run forward to the cliff, then carefully descend down the beams and stones. When you reach the floor, it will collapse. Activate the Site of Grace. Then approach the flesh wall, remove all your clothing, and open the door.

The last step is to defeat the final boss and choose the option Become the Lord of Frenzied Flame.
