Battery charge is spent on completing various tasks. It is a kind of limitation for players, preventing characters from developing too quickly. The maximum charge value is 240 units, and most tasks that consume it will require players to spend 60 units of energy.

How to Replenish Battery Charge in Zenless Zone Zero

There are several ways to restore energy in the game:

Wait for the next day. The charge is gradually restored, one unit every six minutes or ten units per hour. In a day, the energy will be fully replenished, even if you have completely spent it.
Purchase cups of coffee. You can drink a cup of invigorating beverage at a cafe located in New Eridu. This will restore 60 units of energy. However, you can only buy a cup of coffee once a day.
Use ether batteries. One such item will restore 60 units of energy. But keep in mind that this resource is limited, so it should be used only in extreme cases.

How to Get Ether Batteries in Zenless Zone Zero

Ether batteries are a rare resource that cannot be found in the open world of the game. The only way to get them is by completing special achievements. There are two of them:

Collect rewards for leveling up Inter-Knot. Ether batteries will periodically appear after reaching level 15. Inter-Knot is associated with the New Eridu city fund.
Receive prizes for completing battle pass tasks. It opens after reaching level 10 of Inter-Knot. At level 25 of the local battle pass, you can get several ether batteries. This means six for the free battle pass and twelve for the paid one.
