Zenless Zone Zero Download Failed Error
Currently, one of the common issues is the download and installation error on PCs and mobile devices. There are several reasons why problems may arise when downloading Zenless Zone Zero, including network issues, lack of free space, or access being blocked by antivirus or firewall. The developer is already aware of the problem and promises to fix it soon, but if you don't want to wait, you can follow these simple steps:
- The simplest solution to try first is to restart the download and launcher. In most cases, this will help fix a one-time glitch that may not recur after restarting. If this doesn't solve the problem or if it's related to the Internet connection, restarting the router can also be helpful.
- Another quick solution is to check the free disk space on your device and clear it. If you are low on space, delete some applications or move large files to another disk to free up more space for Zenless Zone Zero. This is especially important as future updates and patches may cause problems if you don't have enough free space.
- In some cases, especially on PCs, Zenless Zone Zero may require access through the firewall or antivirus settings. While this is not a very common issue, antivirus software can block the download or installation of the application.
If the issue occurs on a mobile device, try the following steps:
- Close the Zenless Zone Zero mobile app;
- Turn off and disconnect the modem and router from the network;
- Wait at least a minute before reconnecting the devices;
- Wait for the devices to boot up;
- Try to start the Zenless Zone Zero download.

How to Fix Unity 2019.4.40f1_0d9cc85b4 Error
This error is encountered exclusively by PC users. First, restart your computer and run the game as an administrator. Then navigate to the game directory and run its exe file in compatibility mode with an older version of Windows, such as 7 or 8. You can also disable fullscreen optimization in the compatibility settings. Applications like Discord or Nvidia GeForce Experience have internal overlays. They often become sources of various issues. Disable them and try running the game again.
Also try the following fixes:
- Update your graphics drivers: Ensure that your graphics drivers (Nvidia, AMD, Intel) are updated to the latest version.
- Verify game file integrity: If issues occurred during installation, this might be the cause of the error. Open the game launcher, click the settings icon, and select Verify Files, then Repair to let the launcher diagnose and fix problems.
- Run the game as an administrator: Open the root directory with the game, right-click on the properties of the exe file, and select Run as Administrator in the compatibility section.
- Disable antivirus: If you have third-party antivirus software on your system, temporarily disable it to check if it resolves the error. If it helps, add the .exe file from the game's root folder to the antivirus exclusion list.
- Add the game to the firewall exceptions list: Open firewall settings through Windows Security and go to allow an app. Select Zenless Zone Zero and mark it as private and public so the firewall settings do not interfere with the game.

- Assign a name to the shortcut and complete the process. From now on, use the new shortcut to launch the game.
