The Key to Freedom: Stalker 2 Quest Walkthrough

In the process of completing the story quest Extreme Simplicity in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, you will encounter a group of stalkers in trouble. We will help you in the search for the corpse of Adik Pedal and find the key that will allow you to free the stalkers from the locked room.

Your task is to find and search the corpse of a man nicknamed Adik Pedal among all those you previously killed in the area. In our case, the stalker was lying right behind the hero. Search the corpse, take the PDA, and talk to Zhenya again.

From the PDA of the deceased, you will learn that the key to the door where the stalkers are locked is on the roof. The ladder leading to the roof is located outside the building, on the left side. Be very careful, as the roof is literally teeming with anomalies, and one misstep can lead to serious consequences.

Once you climb up, you will need to go to the very end of the roof. The best solution is to use bolts. On the left side, you will notice a backpack with the key hanging on a lantern.
