In S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, every corner of the Zone holds many secrets, and stashes are one of the most exciting ways to obtain valuable items and upgrades. In this guide, we provide a detailed map and description of all stashes so you can find each valuable hideout and ease your survival in the dangerous and mysterious world of the game.
All Stashes in the Zaton Location
Currently, the interactive map of Stalker 2 marks eight stashes in the Zaton area. Below, we describe where you can find them:
- Two stashes near the Gas Station location.
- Two stashes in the Lviv location.
- Two stashes near the Kupovate collective farm.
- A stash in the northeastern part of the region, on the shore.
- A stash in the Cannery location.
All Stashes in the Swamps Region
The Swamps is a mysterious location you will encounter while completing the storyline quest Extreme Simplicity. Players will also need to leave this place to escape danger. Instead of immediately completing the task, you can find these seven stashes:
- One stash in the Homestead location.
- Two stashes near the Old Church.
- Two stashes at the Clear Sky base location.
- A stash near the Lone Grave.
- One stash near the Abandoned Homestead.
All Stashes in the Wild Island Location
Currently, seven stashes can be found in the area. Among them, there are no exclusive ones or those containing something truly valuable, but they can be useful for beginners. Here's where you can find them:
- Two stashes on either side of the Waste Processing Station location.
- Two stashes between the Sawmill location.
- One stash north of the Shelter.
- One stash southeast of the sawmill, on the shore.
- A stash near the Quiet Camp.
All Stashes in the Cordon Region
The Cordon is the only area in the game where there is only one technician, trader, and medic. Additionally, you can find only six stashes here:
- Two stashes located at the Mill location.
- A stash near the Abandoned Estate.
- One stash near the Pig Farm.
- A stash northeast of the nuclear waste burial grounds.
- The last stash at the Military Checkpoint location.
All Stashes in the Lesser Zone Region
The Lesser Zone is one of the largest areas, containing numerous locations, story and side quests, and of course, stashes. In this area, you can find 26 caches:
- Six caches near the Boiler Room location, some of which will appear only after completing certain quests.
- Three caches are located northwest of the Fuel Depot, one of them is in the challenging Poppy Field location. If you encounter difficulties finding them due to the anomalies of this area, don't worry — we have a detailed guide to help you achieve your goal.
- Two stashes in the western part of the North Checkpoint location.
- Three caches north of the water tower.
- A stash near the Old Mill location.
- Two stashes near the popular Zalesie bar.
- Two caches in the western part of the Sphere location.
- One cache near the Barge location.
- One cache near the Rudnya-Veresnya structure.
- The remaining four caches are not tied to specific locations, making them a bit harder to find. Carefully explore the southern part of the Lesser Zone, and you will surely find them.
All Stashes in the Burnt Forest Location
This area does not stand out with unique features, as only three stashes can be found here. Here's where you can find them:
- One cache west of the Pioneer Camp location.
- One stash near the antenna complex.
- A cache (journalist's stash) at the Razyazheye location.
All Stashes in the Duga Region
The Duga region is similar to other locations with a minimal number of stashes:
- One stash in the western part of the Armory location.
- A cache on the second floor of the Radiocenter club.
All Stashes in the Chemical Plant Location
The Chemical Plant is both the name of the region and the main base of the Varta faction. Access is only possible with passes, making this location difficult to reach for players who have poor relations with this faction. Here you can find five stashes:
- One stash to the left of the Stechanka location.
- A cache in one of the houses in the Army Warehouses location.
- A stash in the western part of the covered warehouses, on the way to the bridge.
- One stash at the Route Elevator location.
- A stash between the Agroprom Research Institute and Agroprom Plant locations.
All Stashes in the Garbage Region
The Garbage is the second largest region in Stalker 2. This place is also associated with many quests, and the number of caches you can find here slightly falls short of the Lesser Zone. Here's where to find 24 stashes:
- A stash at the Vehicle Graveyard location, where helicopters and cars are located.
- A cache located south of the Depot location.
- Two caches near the Glinka area, one to the west, the other to the east.
- One stash west of the hydroelectric power station.
- Two stashes on the way to the Isolator.
- Three stashes at the Isolator location, one on the left side of the building, two on the right.
- One cache southeast of the boiler house.
- Two caches at the Factory Boiler House location.
- Two stashes in the Factory area.
- Three caches in the Terrikon — the main part of the garbage.
- A journalist's stash in the maze.
- A stash northwest of the Maze location.
- A battered stash to the right of the toxic hole.
- One cache near the iron gates.
- A hidden stash in one of the Intendant's shelters.
- The last stash is located east of the Explosion Crater, where you can find an artifact.
All Stashes in the Cement Factory Region
This region differs from the others in that there is not a single shelter where Skif could make purchases or heal. You also won't find a large number of caches here:
- A stash at the Machine-Tractor Station location.
- One cache in the concrete forest.
- A stash west of the recharge point.
- One stash at the Hangar location.
All Stashes in the Cooling Towers Location
Many gamers face the challenge of exploring the Cooling Towers region, as if you don't take a certain quest, you are likely not to think of going there. This would be a big mistake because here you can find a lot of valuable loot in caches:
- Between the Rural Cemetery location, you can find two stashes.
- In the southern building of the Field Radiobiology Base location, you can find one stash.
- An abandoned stash in the southern cooling tower.
- One stash northeast of the fire depot.
- A cache to the right of the large-node assembly.
- One cache in the eastern building of the Red Fortress location.
- A stash at the Aggregate Pump Station location.
All Stashes in the Rostok Region
If out of curiosity you haven't explored this region, you'll first arrive here for the story quest A Minor Incident. In this location, you can find five stashes:
- A stash between two locations — Scientists' Helicopter and ROSTOK DEPOT.
- A stash near the Rostok location (shelter).
- One cache on the border with the garbage, in the eastern part.
- A stash on the border with the garbage, in the northeastern part.
- A cache in a house, west of the Buryakovka settlement.
All Stashes in the Yantar Location
Yantar is the name of a dried-up lake and the valley around it. This region is located in the western part of the Zone. The factory located north of the lake is in tune with the location's name. Here you can find two caches:
- The first cache is southeast of the Drainage location.
- The second cache is on the railway, in the southern part of the location.
All Stashes in the Red Forest Region
You first explore this region while completing the side quest Just Business from the Barman. If you are at this stage of the game, after completing the quest tasks, you can find three stashes in the following places:
- One stash at the Quarry location.
- A cache at the Witch's Circle location.
- Moving west from the forest cemetery, you will find the last stash.
All Stashes in the Yaniv Region
Yaniv Station is an ecological base located in the center of the location. It can serve as a temporary shelter in case of emissions and is also a good supply point while you are in the Zone. Currently, you can find only one stash here:
- In the eastern part of the main Yaniv station, on the border with the Jupiter region.
All Stashes in the Prypiat Location
Prypiat is a location available in the late stages of the game, limited by the main storyline. You can travel to Prypiat only after completing the main mission The Boundary. Exploring this region, you can find two stashes:
- One stash in the northwest at the River Port location.
- A cache in the southeast, in the building to the left of the bookstore.
