Like a Moth to the Flame: Stalker 2 Quest Walkthrough

Someone is influencing the minds of the Varta members at the Icarus base in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl. Skif decides to trust the local scientist and check the antennas instead of breaking them. All three installations are located in the nearby area.

Finding the antennas is not difficult. The first one is simply standing on the territory. The second will be at the top of a tower. The only challenge there is to jump over the ladder gaps.

The third will be on the roof of a building. Climbing there is easiest via a large red pipe, but since Skif can't climb obstacles properly, find the place where the pipe comes out of the ground.

Once all the data is collected, return to Dr. Krivenko.

The doctor will confirm that the soldiers are under psychic influence, with the epicenter being somewhere nearby. Krivenko will suggest that the captain's trusted man, Shterev, is to blame. Now Skif must find evidence.

Head to the location. It's one of the buildings on the territory; go to the first floor and then to the basement. That's where the Saturn bunker is located. Almost immediately, when you descend, the psi-energy influence will begin. First, you'll encounter an electrical anomaly. Run around it and move forward. Ghosts may appear. The psi-beacon glows blue. Turn it off, but do not break it.

Immediately after this, quickly exit through the door to a lower level by shooting the lock. If you hesitate, new ghosts will appear. If you shoot the beacon, you can take a part of it, but Krivenko will be very displeased, so since you chose the scientists' path, follow it to the end.

Krivenko will confirm the nature of the psi-beacon. Now he is sure of Shterev's guilt. You can find him at the Echo base. You will once again return to completing the Dead Frequency quest.
