From the creators of Dead Cells: a new gameplay trailer for the cooperative roguelike Windblown has been released

Motion Twin, known for the roguelike Dead Cells, has published a fresh gameplay trailer for the upcoming action game Windblown. This time, players will take on the role of a defender of a magical village that revolves around a giant whirlwind.

The trailer showcases the main character — an eared warrior-jumper — exploring various locations and battling bosses. Dying will happen very often, but a wide arsenal of weapons and the ability to quickly learn new skills make the gameplay more diverse. The game will also support cooperative play for up to three people.

Windblown is planned to be released in 2024. Initially, the game will be available in early access.

Previously, insider Tom Henderson revealed the first details of an unannounced roguelike based on Prince of Persia. It will be developed by Evil Empire, which has been releasing updates for Dead Cells.
