The new Elden Ring trailer recounts the key events of the game

The creators of Elden Ring, ahead of the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion, have released a fresh video about the events of the original game. If you suddenly forgot or didn't know what happened in the Lands Between, here is a four-minute summary.

The key event for Elden Ring was the destruction of the Elden Ring, which sparked a prolonged war. Powerful demigods, who possess the shards of the ring, fought for the right to take the throne, but none of them emerged victorious.

Everything changed when the Tarnished returned to the world. Deprived of the grace of the Erdtree and the Elden Ring, the heroes return to the Lands Between to collect the shards and restore the Golden Order.

Shadow of the Erdtree will be released on June 21 and will be the largest expansion in FromSoftware's history. It will add a new region and storyline dedicated to Miquella, about a hundred types of weapons, and, of course, challenging bosses. You can check out the latest details and gameplay here.
