S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 has officially «gone gold,» ensuring its release on November 20. Following this announcement, the game quickly shot up the Steam sales charts.

Excluding free-to-play titles and Steam Deck sales, pre-orders for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 have reached the fourth spot. Only Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, Farming Simulator 25, and Baldur's Gate 3 (currently 20% off) rank higher.

Recently, the developers of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 released an overview trailer, revealing more scenes of gunfights and exploration in the Zone.
