Dune: Awakening Release Date Revealed
Funcom has dropped a brand new trailer and revealed the release date for their open-world survival MMO, Dune: Awakening. Mark your calendars: the game is launching May 20th on PC (Steam).
A companion app just landed on Steam, featuring a character creator and performance benchmark. Anyone who whips up a character in the creator gets an exclusive Stillsuit skin for their Crysknife. Funcom also revealed the price point: $49.99 in the US and €49.99 in Europe. Pre-ordering nets you a unique Muad'dib Terrarium decoration for your base.
Dune: Awakening comes from the developers behind Conan Exiles. The game is set on Arrakis, and puts you in the boots of a prisoner cast onto the desert planet and tasked with uncovering the truth behind the Fremen's disappearance. The game is also planned to come to PS5 and Xbox Series X/S sometime in the future.
