Hamilton and Kojima Productions to Release Death Stranding 2 Collector's Watch

Kojima Productions and Hamilton have teamed up for a unique collaboration. Inspired by the universe of the upcoming Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, the companies are set to release a limited edition wristwatch that embodies the game's futuristic style.

The accessory, designed for the character Neil, played by Luca Marinelli, was recently featured in the game's latest trailer, immediately capturing the attention of fans. The watch’s design is the work of Yoji Shinkawa, the lead artist at Kojima Productions, known for his iconic contributions to the Metal Gear and Death Stranding series.

The Boulton Death Stranding 2 model is crafted from lightweight titanium alloy with a matte black PVD coating, reinforcing the game's urban-inspired aesthetic. A vibrant orange second hand, symbolizing a "spark of life" in the post-apocalyptic world, adds striking contrast to the dial. Hamilton’s engineers have equipped the watch with seven sapphire crystals, which not only protect the face but also create a captivating play of light.

Durability was a key focus: the Nivachron balance spring ensures resistance to magnetic fields, shocks, and temperature fluctuations — ideal for surviving harsh conditions. The model is water-resistant up to 50 meters and features a transparent case back, showcasing the intricate mechanics inside.

Production is limited to 2,000 pieces, each priced at $1,495. Sales will begin on June 26, coinciding with the release of Death Stranding 2: On the Beach. According to the creators, this watch is more than just an accessory — it’s an artifact that bridges the digital and real worlds.
