Path of Exile 2 Gets Major Patch With New Class

Path of Exile 2 has received a major update, Dawn of the Hunt, which added a new class, additional subclasses, and other content. Players can also get free gifts in honor of the launch of the patch for watching streams on Twitch.
The most important part of the update was the Huntress class, which adds a character with a spear and a buckler for fast attacks, which can also be pumped up to the Amazon and Ritualist. Among other things, there were three new subclasses for the Warrior, Mercenary, and Witch, more than 25 additional skills (mostly for wielding a spear), eight end-game cards, over 100 new support gems and items, and many improvements and changes. The full list can be found here.
In addition, Twitch started distributing drops in honor of the launch of the Dawn of the Hunt update. The promotion will last two weeks, starting on April 4 — to participate, players need to watch any broadcast with the game for three hours, having previously linked their account to the platform. In the first week, gamers will be able to get the Azmeri Noble Deer pet, and in the second week, a hunting trophy and a summoned creature.
The audience has already responded to the release of the patch: Path of Exile 2 online literally soared from 19,300 to 238,800 players. Note that at the peak, 578,500 Steam users played the Diabloid. The game is available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X / S.
Recall that earlier Grinding Gear Games warned players about the possible postponement of the release of the full version to 2026.
