As the patch's name suggests, it is intended to be a back to roots. We sincerely hope that this Megapatch will be the first significant step in this direction," the developers said in a post detailing the patch.
As a reminder, the developers of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 recently announced two patches – 1.5.3 and 1.6.
