The top-down action RPG Sacred 2 Remaster has received patch 2.0, aimed at fixing bugs and stability issues. The update is now live across all platforms where the game is available.

The patch addresses the following issues:

  • Crashes caused by memory leaks;
  • Crashes triggered by UI tooltips, name generators, and inventory grids;
  • Crashes related to lightsaber rendering;
  • A crash that could occur when disabling pause;
  • Potential movement locks after using the inventory;
  • UI sounds triggering during attacks;
  • A bug causing certain spell projectiles to collide with the caster and disappear;
  • A bug where corpses blocked arrows flying over them;
  • Issues with shadows and equipment textures;
  • Stretched skill icons;
  • A bug causing sphere sets to activate incorrectly;
  • A bug that rendered quest log links non-functional;
  • Some errors that could cause background music to disappear permanently;
  • Various other bugs.

Additionally, the update has improved mouse click detection, performance during game loading or unpausing, sorting of 3D texts, readability of floating text, and god icons in the character creation window. A full list of changes can be found here.
