Path of Exile 2 Developers Warn of Queues at Release
Today will be the official launch of early access for Path of Exile 2, which is popularly called the «Diablo 4 killer». You can play the isometric RPG by purchasing a paid pack, but after the release of the full version, the game will be free.
The developers from Grinding Gear Games have already thanked the players for their support, which «has greatly exceeded expectations». At the same time, they warned that the number of early access requests has already exceeded 1 million. Since the game's servers were not designed for such a flow, queues may form on weekends.
You can check the early access release time on the map below:
We remind you that you can play Path of Exile 2 on Steam after purchasing support packs. The cheapest one for gamers is $30 (Supporter Pack), and for purchasing Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack ($60) and King of the Faridun Supporter Pack ($100), you will be given additional bonuses. The release of the full version of the game will take place in 2025.
Recently, some journalists and reviewers released the first previews of Path of Exile 2. Judging by them, players can expect hardcore gameplay, many details and a very variable combat system.
