  According to projections, James Cameron’s third epic, Avatar: Fire and Ash, is expected to gross $90–105 million in the U.S., with another $250–275 million coming from international markets. That puts the global opening in the $340–365 million range. As before, the bulk of the revenue is expected to come from IMAX and 3D screenings.
