бери то, где обещаны ещё пару лет обновлений андроида, хотя бы до 19. Или, бери то где сейчас стоит 16 с обновлением на 17. Процессор, менее чем Snapdragon 680 не брать. Helio 81 — смерть, 99 тоже. Модели снапдрагон старше и медиатек (всё новое), при ТГ, тт, инсте и других задачах может немного думать, но если большего не надо, то можете брать.
