Junji Ito-inspired content coming to Dead by Daylight

The asymmetrical horror game Dead by Daylight has announced a new crossover featuring the works of Japanese manga artist Junji Ito, best known for his horror manga.

The update will introduce new character skins inspired by Junji Ito's works. Specifically, there will be two legendary skins and six very rare skins for both killers and survivors.

The Artist and The Spirit will receive legendary skins as Miss Fuchi and Tomie, respectively. Additionally, The Trickster, The Hag, The Twins, Yui Kimura, Yun-Jin Lee, and Kate Denson will get rare skins. The Junji Ito collection will also include alternative sounds for the characters. The release is set for January 7, 2025.

Moreover, Behaviour Interactive recently unveiled a trailer for the new Dead by Daylight chapter — Doomed Course. This chapter introduces the killer The Huntsman and the survivor Tori Kane.

It's worth noting that Junji Ito's manga Uzumaki was previously adapted into an anime series of the same name.
