The new Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree trailer tells about the expansion's plot

FromSoftware has released the second major trailer for the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion for Elden Ring. Its release will take place on June 21.
The trailer does not contain gameplay and is mainly dedicated to the plot. The trailer mentions Miquella the Kind and a «war unseen» in which the main antagonist Messmer participated.
Shadow of the Erdtree will be the largest expansion in FromSoftware's history. Developers will add a new region, many types of weapons, and a storyline with multiple endings. The studio also talked about a new progression system.
Shadow of the Erdtree will be released on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, and PS5.
