Place the Unlocks.sav file into \%AppData%\Local\AbioticFactor\Saved\SaveGames\<Your Steam64 ID>.

FAQ

Q: Why are some cosmetics missing?

A: Technically, they're not. Each cosmetic item has three properties: UnlockedByDefault, DLC Requirement, and Achievement Requirement. The save file tells the game to set UnlockedByDefault to True, but the other two requirements remain, so even if the item is technically unlocked, you still can't see or use it without purchasing the DLC or earning the achievement.

Q: How can I get these locked cosmetics?

A: Buy the Supporter's Pack, or wait for new ones.
