Multiple Oil harbors per island.

This mod allows the construction of multiple oil harbors on each island.

Note:

1. All oil harbors on the island share their oil reserves (like warehouses).

2. Each oil terminal can load and unload oil tankers independently.

3. Each oil terminal train operates independently, but routes can be altered as they share connected railway tracks. Therefore, it is recommended to design the railway paths yourself.
