This mod recreates the Western High-Speed Diameter (WHSD), a toll expressway running through Saint Petersburg, Russia. The total length of the highway is approximately 47 km (29 miles) and it is divided into three sections: northern, central, and southern. The northern part goes through suburban areas, while the central and southern sections run through the city and include three bridges and a tunnel.

- Highway built at a 1:1 scale;
- Over 300 unique 3D models;
- Multiple weather presets;
- Detailed night lighting;
- LOD (Level of Detail) system;
- Working AI traffic support;
- CK Map Controller integration.
