HD textures for Rayne.

This mod adds high-quality textures for Rain. Includes standard clothing and party dress. I simply converted the textures to TIF so they would work without the FSAA patch in the Terminal version and packaged them into a W32ART.POD file. Copy W32ART.POD from this mod to the root folder of the game and overwrite, the mod is installed.
