My save for Wilhelm:

All main and side quests have been fully completed, including missions from the latest DLC - Claptastic Voyage.
All upgrades have been purchased with moonstones.
In the inventory and bank in Concordia, there are several unique and legendary lasers and rocket launchers (mainly used them at the highest levels).
All skins and heads are unlocked, as well as all vehicle colors.
Plenty of money and moonstones.

Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel: Сохранение / SaveGame (Вильгельм / Wilhelm, 70 LVL)

DLC — Claptastic Voyage.
