2 Navigate to the Mods folder in your Derail Valley installation and open 'Skins'. The folder is in SkinManagerMod (/ Steam / steamapps / common / Derail Valley / Mods / SkinManagerMod / Skins /)

3 Extract the contents of the Skins folder inside the zip archive to the Skins folder of SkinManager

4 Launch the game
