Median XL is the most popular modification for Diablo II, offering extensive content for the endgame, deep character customization, and a challenging gameplay experience. It features thousands of new items, new skills for all classes, and numerous enhancements to the Diablo II engine.

In the new version, the authors improved the crafting system, monsters, bosses, and locations, added 8 skill trees for each class, and hundreds of new items.

Additionally, Median XL has been ported to a new engine — Sigma Engine. This allowed for changes to the interface and inventory, added support for high resolutions (up to 4K), boss events, map display, new hotkeys, notifications, automatic item pickup, auto-travel, and a mode for colorblind players, among other features.

Median XL — самая популярная модификация Diablo II, представляет собой обширный контент для финальной стадии игры, глубокой настройкой персонажей и сложным игровым процессом. Предлагает тысячи новых предметов, новые навыки для всех классов и множество улучшений движка Diablo II.

В новой версии авторы улучшили систему крафта, монстров, боссов и локации, добавили 8 деревьев навыков для каждого класса и сотни новых предметов.

Кроме того, Median XL перенесли на новый движок — Sigma Engine. Это позволило изменить интерфейс и инвентарь, добавить поддержку высоких разрешений (до 4K), события с боссами, отображение карты, новые горячие клавиши, уведомления, возможность автоматического подбора предметов, автопутешествие и режим для дальтоников и не только.
