Brutal Doom is a mod that ramps up the brutality in Doom. Blood effects, death animations, and the player's movement animations have all been completely overhauled. New weapons have been added.

Version 21 adds new bloody combos: for example, a killed enemy can remain standing for several seconds while the player shoots the lifeless body and tears off chunks of flesh with light weapons. Enemies have new death animations, and their remains look even more realistic.

The modder has reworked a huge number of maps, adding new textures for walls, water, and other surroundings. A flamethrower has also been added.

Больше брутальности и крови (Brutal Doom) [v.21]

Brutal Doom — мод, увеличивающий количество брутальности в Doom. Полностью переработаны эффекты крови, анимации смерти, и анимация движения персонажа. Добавлено новое оружие.

В версии 21 появились новые кровавые комбинации: уже убитый враг, к примеру, может простоять на ногах еще несколько секунд, пока игрок расстреливает уже бездыханное тело и отрывает куски мяса с помощью легкого оружия. У врагов появились новые анимации смерти, а их останки стали выглядеть еще более реалистично.

Моддер переделал огромное количество карт, добавив новые текстуры для стен, воды и другого окружения. Также был добавлен огнемет.
