Brutal Doom is a mod that increases the level of brutality in Doom. The blood effects, death animations, and character movement animations have been completely revamped. New weapons have been added.Version 21 introduces new bloody combinations: a previously killed enemy, for example, can remain standing for several seconds while the player shoots the lifeless body and tears off pieces of flesh using light weapons. Enemies have new death animations, and their remains look even more realistic.The modder has redesigned a vast number of maps, adding new textures for walls, water, and other environments. A flamethrower has also been added.

Больше брутальности и крови (Brutal Doom) [v.21]

Brutal Doom — мод, увеличивающий количество брутальности в Doom. Полностью переработаны эффекты крови, анимации смерти, и анимация движения персонажа. Добавлено новое оружие.

В версии 21 появились новые кровавые комбинации: уже убитый враг, к примеру, может простоять на ногах еще несколько секунд, пока игрок расстреливает уже бездыханное тело и отрывает куски мяса с помощью легкого оружия. У врагов появились новые анимации смерти, а их останки стали выглядеть еще более реалистично.

Моддер переделал огромное количество карт, добавив новые текстуры для стен, воды и другого окружения. Также был добавлен огнемет.
