Simply Better Grapple.

Increases the grappling range without causing handling errors and reduces the cooldown time for faster movement. In the current version of this mod, the grapple can be used once before reloading, instead of twice as in the original. However, the grapple reloads in 0.6 seconds, which is a very short time for the rope to 'retract' before being thrown again.
