Necromancers Amulet with Restore Magicka effect.

This mod simply adds a magic restoration effect to the necromancer's amulet. This allows magic to regenerate over time, even for 'Atronaut' signs, as this is an external effect. To install, just place the .ESM file in the Morrowind / Data Files folder, and you're all set.
