Tamriel Rebuilt is a major mod for Morrowind that adds new regions and provinces to the game that the developers didn't have time to create (but which were depicted on maps or mentioned in the lore).

Update 18.07 adds the Old Ebonheart location to the mod. The modders describe it as the heart of the Empire in Morrowind.

Danger could be waiting around every corner. According to the modders, the hero may lose not only their money and influence, but something much more important.

(Tamriel Rebuilt) [18.07]
