A modder known as ToroMontana has released a new modification for Fallout 4 that transforms Preston Garvey into a genuine super mutant with a changed voice. Preston Garvey's laser musket has been replaced with a standard rifle. Why? The modder did not explain the reason for turning the Minutemen leader into a mutated human.
