The modification adds a new storyline about a man who imagines himself as a dictator: in an attempt to enslave all the people around him, he is faced with the problem of learning that those captured would rather die than serve him.

In addition to the new storyline in Fallout 4, the mod adds 14 new locations, a new home for the player with a full-fledged workshop, as well as a new faction to fight, a number of bosses and much more.

The mod does not require any additional files.
