A cheat terminal appears in Dr. Mitchell's house, allowing you to edit your character from A to Z.
Copy the plugin to the Data folder found in the root directory, for example .../Fallout New Vegas/Data/
Activate the plugin in the launcher, then start the game.
P.S. For your peace of mind, don't forget to back up your saves before starting the game.
В доме доктора Митчелла появляется читерский терминал, позволяющий отредактировать вашего персонажа от А до Я.
Скопируйте плагин в папку Data, которую можно найти в корневой директории, пример .../Fallout New Vegas/Data/
Активируйте плагин в лаунчере, после чего начинайте игру.
P.S. Для уверенности, не забудьте сделать бэкап сохранений, перед началом игры.
