By default, the process name is left4dead2.exe!!! If the music hasn't stopped, it means the process was not found. Click (label) or more precisely the text on the trainer Process — a window will appear, in this window click Process and scroll down to select your game's process. After selecting, click Inject and close this window.. Then press the keys we need.

P/S

Трейнер как бы универсальный — под любое название процесса. По дефолту название процесса идет left4dead2.exe!!! Если музыка не пропала,значит процесс не найден. Нажимаем (лебел) а если быть точнее на надпись на трейнере Process — появится окошко, в этом окошке нажимаем Process и листая в низ выбираем процесс своей игры. После как выбрали, нажимаем Inject и закрываем это окно.. Ну и далее жмем нужные нам клавиши.
