Playing on Russian servers is currently impossible. The necessary resources are only available through dungeons, and you can only access dungeons in a party, which isn't available because there aren't enough players. Basically, as soon as the game was controlled by a Russian organization, it died out.

Играть сейчас на русских серваках не представляется возможным. Нужные ресурсы бадают только с данжей, в данж можно попасть только в пати, а его нету ибо игроков не ту. Вобщем как только игра стала правиться русской организацией она вымерла.
